Is a bi-weekly e-journal produced by the Association for Participatory Democracy "ADEPT". The journal discusses current issues of governance and democratic transition in Moldova, and suggests policy options from the perspective of the internal dynamics of the transition process in Moldova. The opinions expressed in the journal are those of the authors and do not necessarily coincide with the opinions of the funding organization.
