The Association for Participatory Democracy ADEPT organised the 4th module of the Regional Leadership School for Young Political Leaders in Balti on February 11, 2012. The agenda included a lot of topical issues presented by invitees Nicolae Moscalu, president of NGO "MOSTENITORII", Adrian Lupusor, economic analyst of Analytical Center "EXPERT-GRUP" and Patricia Zghibarta, trainer PROPLUS.

Participantsof the school got actively involved in the discussions and debates on hot issues on Moldova after experts delivered their presentations and asked organisers to increase the number of school sittings with the purpose to discuss more hot topics with special invitees. The session has been organized with support of CONTACT Center from Balti, ADEPT partner in implementing this project.

The Regional Leadership School for Young Political Leaders is a project implemented by the Association for Participatory Democracy (ADEPT) which addresses representatives of young wings of social-political parties and movements from the regions North (Balti), South (Cahul) and ATU Gagauzia (Comrat) of the Republic of Moldova. RLSYPL includes 5 modules which particularly focus on Moldovan system of social-political parties and movements, as well as elections in our country.

The project is funded by the U.S. Department of State via the Eurasia Foundation and the East-European Foundation. Opinions and conclusions of lecturers do not necessarily represent also the point of view of the U.S. Department of State, Eurasia Foundation and East-European Foundation.
