Vocea Civica (Civic Voice)

During January 1995 - August 2001, the "Vocea Civica" (Civic Voice) newsletter has been the official publication of the Moldovan office of the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES-Moldova). The first issue of "Vocea Civica" was released in January 1995. The idea of this publication belongs to Dorin Tudoran. One of the main objectives of "Vocea Civica" was to give the readers the most exhaustive and exact information on democratic and electoral processes in Moldova, democratic principles of government, role of civil society and independent press in a democratic state as well as in building a truly democratic state.

Since June 2001, "Civic Voice" is the newsletter of the Association for Participatory Democracy ADEPT, successor of IFES/Moldova.

Commencing 2002, "Vocea Civica" has a new concept, it's a bimonthly civic newsletter edited by ADEPT and Contact Centre. The newsletter is intended to increase the transparency among the Moldovan NGO community and improve its image among other sectors of the society.

You could access the Romanian version of the "Vocea Civica" in PDF format as well as selection of best articles.

"Vocea Civica" is distributed for free and those interested in subscribing to it, or in getting the whole collection of issues, need to get in touch with the ADEPT's secretariat.

In this respect, the political year 2010 will be marked by the 2009 events, and the PCRM is to blame definitively for perpetuation of political crisis »»»
