The Regional Leadership School addresses youth wings of parties and social-political movements from the regions North (Balti), South (Cahul) and Administrative-Territorial Unit Gagauzia (Comrat) of the Republic of Moldova and/or students from social sciences who have leadership skills and want to be involved in the political life
