Biographical Data
Born on February, 23rd, 1948, in Novosibirsk town, Russia.
After finishing the secondary school in 1966, he worked in the field of electrical networks.
In 1972 he graduated from the State University of National Economy from Novosibirsk, Faculty — National Economy Planning.
In 1976 he came to Moldova working as a photographer.
In 1991 he left for Germany, working there as an individual entrepreneur.
Since 2001, he has been working in the Republic of Moldova on a patent basis.
