The website “Parliamentary Elections in Moldova on April 5, 2009” is a project implemented by the Association for Participatory Democracy ADEPT aimed at a fair and unbiased coverage of the electoral campaign for the 2009 parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova. By implementing this project, ADEPT fulfils its mission to promote and support the civic participation in all fields of public life.
In order to build the website, ADEPT uses public documents, reports and materials provided by electoral candidates, electoral bodies, mass media, and other independent sources. ADEPT thanks partners for their support and keeps waiting for useful information to update the website, in particular, official information from electoral contestants.
The project is being implemented with the financial assistance of The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) , U.S. within the framework of the Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Elections "Coalition 2009".
