- 2005–2008 — the Academy of Public Administration under the Moldovan President, specialty — public administration.
Professional activity
- 2002 — Director of “Varianta” Ltd. from Balti city;
- 2007 — Councilor in the Balti Municipal Council;
- January, 2008 — organizer of the protests in the support of patent holders;
- September, 2008 — organizer of the anti-Communist manifestation in the support of the rights of pensioners and tax payers from Balti municipality;
- November, 2008 — organizer of the protest actions in Balti municipality regarding the right to free expression, supporting the independent media and the TV station PRO TV Chisinau;
- December, 2008 — organizer of the protest meeting in Balti municipality on condemning the PCRM’s anti-social policy and corruption acts.
