Main thesis of the electoral program of independent candidate Mihail Kulev

For all citizens: equal rights; right to education, work, decent and harassment-free living; transparency of the state institutions and state budget; mechanisms of fighting corruption; elections to parliament based on constituencies.

For teachers and pedagogues: increasing the prestige of working as a teacher; decreasing amount of weekly tasks; better technical and computer provision; allowing creative work; professional training and cooperation with other countries.

For children, students and youth: education programs for outreach, secondary education, computer literacy, language and professional ability; children and youth health and mental care upon negative influence; possibility of studying abroad; better access to education for families with numerous children.

For scientific researchers: special fundamental and applied research programs; internship abroad; promoting academic and university studies.

For doctors: establishing and promoting medical insurance; preserving minimum free of charge medical services for those in need.

For workers, officers and specialists: supporting industry development; program for unemployed; new work places; promoting prestige of being employed; promotion opportunities.

For peasants: program of supporting and developing farms and rural areas; fighting drought in the south of Moldova.

For retired and disabled people: timely payment of pensions, establishing pension funds, free of charge medical treatment for old and disabled people, a decent living.

For businessmen: privileges in establishing enterprises and new workplaces; supporting small business; reducing and simplifying taxation; fighting bureaucracy.

For mothers with two or more children: 30 hours working week.
