10 aspirants have submitted documents for participation in the new municipal elections in Chisinau scheduled for November 27, 2005. Five of them have been registered:

1. Dorin Chirtoaca — representing the Liberal Party
2. Valentin Krilov — representing the Bloc “Patria-Rodina-Ravnopravie”
3. Eduard Musuc — representing Social Democratic Party
4. Gheorghe Sima — representing the Labour Union “Patria-Rodina”
5. Vasile Ursu — independent candidate.

Under the condition that the submitted documents were correctly fill in the other five candidates are to be registered:

1. Olga Nicolenco — representing the Social Liberal Party
2. Mircea Rusu — representing “Our Moldova” Alliance
3. Oleg Cernei — representing the Ecologist Party “Green Alliance”
4. Valeriu Poia — independent candidate
5. Anatoli Soloviov — independent candidate.
