PCRM continues to appeal

The Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova challenged the decision of the Court of Appeal at the Supreme Court of Justice l, which prohibits copying completed voter lists in parliamentary elections of November 28. PCRM believes that due to these reasons the vote recount, which they requested, can not be taken into consideration.

At a press conference, PCRM representatives accused the CEC of seriously violating the law and Constitutional Court ruling when recounting the votes, including such violations as: the lack of seals on ballot bags; broken bags; storage of ballot outside of separate and sealed boxes; refusal to provide the PCRM representatives and observers with the access to voter lists.
