On 21 February, in Ceadir-Lunga, in the presence of the city’s voters, an agreement was signed between two candidates for the position of Governor, Nicolai Dudoglo and Oleg Caici. The document included the requests of the locality’s electorate, which shall be later transferred into Nicolai Dudoglo’s program.

At the same time, according to the agreement validated by the signatures of Nicolai Dudoglo and Oleg Caici, considering the desires of the voters in the city and district of Ceadir-Lunga, Oleg Caici’s team developed several provisions that will become the basis of the Popular Program of candidate Nicolai Dudoglo.
