CEC increased the number of printed ballots with over 23 thousand copies

Central Election Commission (CEC) has increased by 23 210 the number of ballots to be printed for the second round of presidential elections on November 13. Thus, the total number of ballots increased from 3,142,427 to 3,165,636 ballots. Based on a CEC decision there will be an additional number of ballots provided to several polling stations in Dubasari, Criuleni, Causeni Noi, where citizens living in Transnistria vote. In the same time an additional number of ballots will be provided to polling stations in Tallinn (Estonia), Riga (Latvia), Vilnius (Lithuania) and Ferrara (Italy). // deschide.md

Igor Dodon reiterates eight things he will do as president

Presidential candidate Igor Dodon, launched during a press conference “eight speicifc things President Dodon will do, starting Monday first day after the elections (November 14th)”. Thus, he reiterated his position on several issues in various domains, noting that Maia Sandu will not accomplish these eight things. In the same time, he reiterated what his first three decrees as president will be. // realitatea.md

Environmentalists, PPRM and “Sfatul Tarii 2” Movement urge voters to support Maia Sandu

Ecologist Green Party, People’s Party of Moldova (PPRM) and the “Sfatul Tarii 2” movement publicly urged citizens to vote for candidate Maia Sandu on November 13. “Let’s go to the polls to elect a President who represent us and that ensures our right to a decent living, social and personal security and jobs here at home” reads the statement published by PPRM.

Vasile Tarlev and Movement “Voievod” urges voters to support him Igor Dodon

At a press conference, former presidential contender, Vasile Tarlev said that the Igor Dodon “has an economic development program for the country, even if it is not an ideal one, but he, as president will be able to develop the country and to maintain its integrity”. Besides him, representatives of the “Voievod” Movement held a press conference, where they urged voters to support Igor Dodon to become President of Moldova. // Infotag
